Miya Edwards showed us a very professional and helpful way on purchasing a home. To breaking it down until we understand every angle of becoming a homeowner. She was very understandable on how tight our schedule was but she still made it happen no matter what. I couldn't thank her enough on this whole experience to become first time homeowners. Very good girl she made sure I understood the whole process from beginning to end and explained everything in full detail I honestly don’t think I could’ve done it without her she was happy very energetic and out going. Everything about her was awesome she made me feel even better about purchasing our first home.

We came into meeting Miya completely blind. We were looking to relocate to the South Bend or southern Michigan area from Massachusetts. Our son had used a Cressy & Everett before and we thought, let's try. Since we could only look at houses over a weekend, Miya arranged for a Michigan licensed agent to show us houses on Saturday and she took us around Indiana on Sunday. When we first met Miya, we knew we had made the right decision because it was very easy to communicate and develop trust with her. The house we ended up purchasing was a last minute decision to go see. Miya got on the phone and within minutes we were heading to see the house. Miya exemplifies character traits beyond the excellent rating scale. We only dealt with Miya because we knew she would meet any needs we had. Miya and her alone made this experience work for us. Being out of state would have made things difficult, but not for Miya. She exemplifies the kindness midwest people are known to be. Miya, thank you very much for everything you did for us. You have touched our lives forever and we're blessed to have you in the community we're moving to.

We have previously worked with Miya on the purchase of our first home. Because of her exceptional service and commitment to help us get the best value in our purchase, we trusted her with the process to get the most out of the sale of our home when it came time to put it on the market. Miya went above and beyond to lay out all options before my wife and I could commit accepting or negotiating offers/responses. Miya’s communication regarding each step in the process was always timely and thorough, leaving minimal follow up questions. . Words can not describe how awesome our experience was having Miya as our agent. The home buying process went exactly how she explained. Being 1st time homebuyers this was a very stressful process, Miya was very understanding of our emotions and did not let that interfere with her agreement of getting us into our Forever Home. She tried her best to keep our nerves at ease. There is no doubt, if we had to buy a home again, we would choose Miya.

Miya was amazing at helping me purchase my home. I initially was contacted by her back in January and she did a great job of keeping me posted on listings as the time came to get serious about purchasing. She was always so quick to schedule bookings and work around my remote schedule! She As a first-time homebuyer, in addition to being a remote homebuyer, Miya had her work cut out for her in coaching me through the process. Being new to Indiana, it was also important for me to have a realtor who was familiar with the area and understand what I was looking for. My situation was unique and Miya really took care of understanding my goals and helping me reach them! Even when issues arose during closing, she was so quick and efficient to solve the problem and move the purchase forward. After the purchase, she also was quick to recommend any help I needed on the house (i.e., cleaning services, etc.) I look forward to keeping in touch with Miya as she has been a constant form of advice, guidance, and all around good energy throughout what could usually be a stressful homebuying experience! She was so fast to respond to every question. Over the weekend, early in the morning, or late at night I would reach out to her worried about some part of the process and she was so quick to respond and coach me through it patiently and kindly. She did a wonderful job when the sellers left things in the house during our final walkthrough of figuring out and negotiating how to resolve the situation so that we wouldn't have to delay closing.

Miya bishop was by far the best agent I have ever worked with during my 3 year home search.She did a phenomenal job with the entire transaction. I couldn't have asked for a more personable person. I'm blessed to have found an agent that truly cared for her buyers well being. I would reccomend her in a heartbeat!

I visited the Cressy & Everett website and requested to speak with someone regarding support for selling my home. Miya contacted me right away and set up a meeting. Miya was very knowledgeable and thorough when reviewing the process. She offered lots of valuable insight perspective and was very resourceful. I needed to find a quality contractor to complete some repairs and she was spot on with her referral. The contractor got my repairs done and helped me to avoid a big disaster. With Miya's help, I was able to get my house ready and listed sooner than I had planned. After listing, we received offers with hours. Miya was up early...and some days worked late sharing information and answering my questions. Experienced; professional and caring. Thanks to Miya, this process was unbelievably smooth. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their real-estate needs. Miya works fast and efficient. She is thorough and excellent at communicating. She prepared me for every step in this process and that was priceless to me. I can't say enough good things about her work during this process. She was absolutely excellent from start to finish. She even followed up with me after the sell to make sure I was ok. No complaints regarding the resources who helped her. We are very happy with the results. Miya Bishop set a standard for what we now expect from an agent. Next time we need help buying or selling...we're calling Miya.
